Slow-motion explained.

We capture our life movements on camera and for capturing movements we generally use video recording because in the video we can see exactly what we have done.
Nowadays we not only make videos of our daily movements but also do something new something creative in video recording.
So many upgradations have been implied in the field of video recording and one upgradation from those many is Slow-motion video recording.

Now firstly we will know what slow motion is.

What is Slow-motion?

Slow motion is an effect in video recording whereby time appears to be slowed down.
Typically this style is achieved when each frame is captured at a rate much faster than it and will be played back at normal speed, time appears to be moving more slowly.

A technique that is becoming common using current computer software is post-processing (with programs like Twixtor) to fabricate digitally the frames for a smooth transition between the frames that were actually shot. Motion can be slowed further by combining techniques,
interpolating between overcranked frames.

I think that it is a little bit complicated for you to understand so don't worry, let's understand it with an example.

For example, we want to capture a slow-motion video so how it will be done is very much easy our camera will take click multiple frames in 1 second suppose the camera captured 960 frames in 1 second but at this time it is not slow-motion video it converts into slow motion at that time when the 960 frames will play at the speed of 30fps.
So each frame will get a short period to display.

See the 960 fps slow-motion video.

I hope now you have understood Slow-motion.
