We all like to see movies in the theater, but why?

The new surround-sound technology introduced is called Dolby Atmos or Dolby Atmosphere.
The Dolby Atmos was firstly introduced in June 2012. The first movie comes with Dolby atmos sound support was the animated movie Brave.

Working of Dolby Atmos.
Dolby Atmos is an audio encoding format that uses 128 different audio instruments and encodes the audio of these instruments differently. So that when we listen to the sound we can precisely notice each and every detail of sound in a 3d environment.
In the Dolby Atmos-enabled, theater speakers are installed at each and every place including the roof, walls, and the back side or projection screen.
These speakers correlate themselves that which speaker will produce what sound at a particular time.
