4DX

Watching a 3D movie is very much common nowadays, in 3D we can only see the image(3D content)in 3 Dimensions, so to improve the viewer's experience of watching a movie 4DX technology was introduced.
With this technology we become part of the movie, we feel like we are in the movie and all the action is happening around us.
Now we will know about 4DX.

What is 4DX?

4DX is a motion picture technology that allows a motion picture presentation to be augmented with environmental effects such as seat motion, wind, rain, lights, and scents along with the standard video and audio. The 4DX technology-equipped theaters are specially designed.

A theater can be built with special equipment to support 4DX features including seats that move in three dimensions and vibrate; leg and back ticklers; wind, water, fog, bubbles, rain, and snow in the air; and storm lighting and sound effects.

A 4DX effects(track) is need to be programmed on top of the existing video and audio tracks. In other words, a 4DX movie is a standard movie with the addition of a 4DX track that controls the 4DX features during playback.
The programming of the track is done by CJ 4DPlex, the CJ CGV subsidiary that developed the technology, in some cases with the participation of the studio that make the original 4DX movie.
Programming a 4DX track into a movie typically takes less than a month.
